This week, The Wall Street Journal reported that Spotify paid a podcast host, Joe Rogan, upwards of $100 million to exclusively host his podcasts on Spotify. Earlier in the month, Google also announced the launch of their Podcast Manager. I believe that these investments will lead to many businesses and creators launch podcasts in 2020 / 2021.
